Trailways Hotel has three excellent venues in the one conference centre for events, functions, seminars, meetings, product launches, trade displays or cocktail parties.

All our Nelson conference venues are air conditioned and soundproofed and breakaway rooms can be arranged also.

Conference Pack Weddings Pack

The Brook Room

  • Space Capacity up to 20 people
  • Size of Space 5.5m x 6.2m

The Brook Room is perfect for small meetings, seating 14 people in a boardroom or classroom setting and up to 20 people in our theatre layout.

The Maitai Room

  • Space Capacity up to 30 people
  • Size of Space 5.6m x 8m

Larger than the Brook Room, the Maitai Room is a 16-person boardroom, 18-person classroom and 20-person theatre. It’s perfect for mid-sized meetings and priced just as affordable as the Brook Room.

The Rivers Room

  • Space Capacity up to 100 people
  • Size of Space 14.2 x 5.6m

A combination of the Brook Room and the Maitai Room put together, the Rivers Room is ideal for those larger gatherings. A 36-person boardroom, 50-person classroom and 100-person theatre, it’s great value when you need a little more space.

The Tides Restaurant

  • Space Capacity up to 90 people

A multi award-winning dining experience, the Tides Restaurant can be combined with the Maitai Room or Rivers Room to feed up to 170 people. Fresh local ingredients and a quality children's menu compliment views of the Maitai River.
